PeopleSoft HCM Analytics and Reporting Project Manager-
The PeopleSoft HCM Analytics and Reporting Project Manager will perform the following functions:
- Working with project stakeholders, manage the development of the scope definition document;
- Analyze custom SQR’s and develop Requirements Definition and Traceability;
- Manage the development of the functional requirements document for these SQR’s;
- Manage the development of the Reporting and Analytics Business Process Diagrams that cover end-to-end processes;
- Communicate with business and technical stakeholders to manage requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and QA tasks;
- Manage the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process;
- Manage the implementation and development of any analytical tools;
- Manage the planning=g and execution of overall project testing including, unit, system, integration, user acceptance, load, stress and performance testing activities
- Manage the development of the project dry run and cutover plan. Participate in the execution of the deployment tasks
