Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test plans for PeopleSoft HCM functionalities, including Core HR, Recruitment (External/Internal), and Benefits processes. Conduct thorough end-to-end testing to identify and report defects. Create and maintain test data sets for various testing scenarios, including onboarding. Collaborate with developers and business analysts throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process. Validate the successful implementation of PeopleSoft HCM modules through rigorous QA activities. Document and report test results effectively, including defect identification and tracking. Leverage automated testing tools like UFT to streamline test execution. Utilize ALM, Jira, and ClickUp for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications Required
6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft QA testing, with a strong focus on HCM modules (HR, Benefits, Payroll).Proven experience in designing and executing test plans for PeopleSoft functionalities.In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies and best practices.Experience performing QA activities related to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations.Experience with automated testing tools like UFT is highly preferred.Proficiency in ALM, Jira, and ClickUp for test case management and defect tracking.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceAbility to work in the office 3 days a week based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109000 to $145000.
