We are seeking a seasoned Functional SME to support the integration of a third-party time collection and scheduling application with an enterprise HCM system. This role requires expertise in ERP functional design, preferably with PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will provide functional leadership in translating business requirements into integration solutions, ensuring compliance with HR and time policies while supporting testing, configuration, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional designs for time collection integrationsDevelop functional specifications, field mappings, process flows, and fit-gap analysesCollaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality of solution designSupport user acceptance testing (UAT), including planning, scenario creation, execution, and coordination with business usersParticipate in data migration, validation, and cleansing activities to ensure ERP data integrityAssist with change management activities related to the adoption and rollout of new system processes Qualifications & RequirementsDeep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Payroll for North America (or equivalent ERP experience)Experience with integration design between ERP and third-party time collection systems (file-based or API)Ability to develop process flow diagrams, test plans, and user documentationStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business teamsPreferred: Experience implementing Time and Labor template rules and custom rules; understanding of HR/payroll business processes Additional Requirements:Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $37 – $41 per hourMedical Benefits: Comprehensive options available through The Reserves NetworkTraining & Growth: Expand your skills and career while contributing to impactful projects.Your New OrganizationOur client, one of the largest counties in the U.S., is committed to leveraging technology to enhance public service delivery. The Pay Rate range for this position is $37 – $41 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
