Overview This mentorship program is offerred exclusively for JMSB students and JMWL. The program is an initiative designed to support their personal, academic, and professional development. It connects students with experienced mentors, who may be professors, industry professionals, or alumni, to foster knowledge exchange, share experiences, and provide guidance. The goal is to help students navigate their academic journey and effectively prepare for their future careers. Responsibilities In this program, each student is paired with a mentor who will guide them throughout the academic term. Mentorship sessions may include discussions on academic goals, career advice, time management, development of interpersonal skills, and networking. This program provides a supportive environment, encouraging students to overcome challenges and seize opportunities that come their way. Responsibilities For students: Actively participate in mentorship sessions, set clear goals with their mentor, ask questions, and be open to constructive feedback. Students are also expected to take the initiative to apply the advice they receive and maintain regular communication with their mentor. For mentors: Provide advice and support tailored to the student's needs, share their expertise and professional experiences, and offer a space for listening and reflection. Mentors should encourage the student to explore new perspectives, achieve their goals, and provide constructive and motivating feedback. Please only apply to this program if you are a JMSB student.
