Job Summary: Facilitate Clinical Management Programs in a call center environment across multiple disease states.
Responsibilities Responsible for clinical and operational support of Noble Health Services Clinical and Patient Management ProgramsOversight of clinical decision making and accountability to the organization for those decisionsResponsible for patient drug utilization reviews and analysisResponsible for adverse event reportingResponsible for assisting in the implementation of enhanced services programsResponsible for developing and presenting/scheduling educational programs for staffResponsible for providing clinical research services to support providers and patientsResponsible for suggesting appropriate alternative therapies when warrantedResponsible for keeping current with changes and trends in the industryResponsible for assisting to ensure that our clinical management program is compliant with the most current standards set by our accreditation bodiesResponsible for Periodic consultation with practitioners in the fieldResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsEducational Requirements:
Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy preferredCurrent unrestricted Pharmacist license in North Carolina and other states as requiredExperience Preferred:Preferred: 1-2 Years of experience in a specialty/managed care setting1-2 Years of practice in a traditional retail setting performing MTM’s
Job Skills Required:
Strong Communication Skills, must be able to effectively communicate both on the phone and in group settings Clinical Research Skills must be able to use all available resources to answer questions posedQualifications to perform clinical oversight for the services provided Post-graduate experience in patient careStrong Microsoft Office skillsStrong Public Speaking skills Must be able to work independently
Compensation:
$65.00-65.86 per hour.
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
