The Exercise Physiologist is expected to perform the majority of tasks within the Cardiology Laboratory

 

Job Title:Per Diem Exercise Physiologist  

Location: Memorial City, Greater Heights

Department: Cardiology Lab

Job Type: Per Diem 

Salary Range: $22.99 - $23.01 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

 

Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or related Field

Preferred: N/A

Experience

Required: 1 year experience in an exercise testing laboratory, cardiac rehabilitation facility or corporate health 

 

setting. 

 

Equipment Marquette EKG machines or similar, Marquette treadmill control systems or similar, ACS Holter 

 

monitors or similar

Preferred: N/A

License(s)

Required: CPR certification, ACLS certification

Preferred: Certification as cardiovascular technician or related

Special Skills

Required: Basic computer and CRT experience. 

 

Basic typing

Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish

Other 

Required: Maybe required to work extended shifts in situations deemed necessary by the Cardiology Nursing 

 

Supervisor

Preferred: N/A
