Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange is seeking a nurse practitioner to work with an established Obstetrics team in Orange, California. Experience in OB preferred, but new graduates with a women's health background are welcome to apply. St. Joseph’s is the first Providence hospital to obtain the Advanced Certification in Perinatal Care through The Joint Commission, recognizing the team for its high-quality standards and the exceptional care they provide every day. The fast-paced OB Triage/Labor and Delivery team has the privilege of welcoming more than 4,700 babies into the world each year. It is a Magnet with Distinction Designated hospital and are known throughout Orange County as a high-risk obstetric service, attracting moms and babies with complicated medical conditions. * Per Diem role; night shift schedule * 1-to-12-hour shifts per week with providing 2 days of availability * Possibility of 2 weekend shifts every 6 weeks and some daytime shifts occasionally * No call * Inpatient only * 2+ years of labor and delivery experience required * New graduates with women's health background are welcome to apply * Highly supportive culture, team centered * Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Compensation is between $71.52 and $94.92 per hour **Where You’ll Work** St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is a multispecialty medical practice fully integrated with St. Joseph Hospital and operating throughout southern California.
