Job Title: Performance Analyst

Location: Bangalore (Mandatory)

Summary

The Performance Analyst will support the operating plants by improving inverter operation performance. This role involves key analysis to understand inverter performance on a regular basis, supporting the operation team to take actions based on analysis results.

Key Responsibilities

Address and resolve reported Solar Inverter issues promptly. Provide technical assistance for seamless operations.

Regularly communicate with the Inverter OEM for performance enhancement. Collaborate on solutions and implement updates for improvement.

Lead/participate in initiatives for optimizing inverter performance.

Seamlessly integrate new solar plants into Vena Energy software.

Interpret SCADA data and develop effective dashboard logics.

Track spare parts consumption and identify technical equivalents. Establish vendor relationships for efficient component supply.

Prepare monthly statistics on Vena Energy fleet inverter performance. Develop user-friendly dashboards for Inverter operation, history, and consumption.

Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.

Education

BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering

Work Experience

2-3 years of relevant experience

Skills

Advanced Excel skills, preferred
