Performance & Analytics Client Service Team Lead, Vice President

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced client-facing Senior Manager to oversee our GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards) Composite Service offering to large and complex Investment Managers. You will lead a team responsible for supporting clients with all facets of GIPS composite management from onboarding to composite maintenance and reporting. You will serve as the subject matter expert for GIPS and will interact with clients, product management and third-party vendors, as well as be the champion for GIPS for the next generation of our Performance & Analytics suite of products.

What you will be responsible for

As Senior Manager/Team Lead you will

Manage, engage and coach a high performing team of GIPS and Performance Specialists

Ensure effective resource optimization in line with our priorities

Work in tandem with Delivery Management to ensure client deliverable timeliness and accuracy

Be accountable for your clients and sentiment, including providing exceptional governance and support via our Client Service Process

Manage senior stakeholder expectations for any issues and risks

Champion technology both internally and with third-party vendors to ensure that all regulatory and industry requirements related to compliance with the GIPS Standards are adhered to and up to date

Deliver value to our clients through insights and consulting on value-add solutions

Education & Preferred Qualifications

BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics or related area

12+ years of Investment Performance/Financial Services experience

CFA / CIPM preferred

5+ years of management experience

Deep understanding and mastery of the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)

Salary Range:

$125,000 - $200,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
