Join our Performance and Analytics team and collaborate with some of North America’s top institutional organizations. You will work with senior investment staff and drive the performance relationship forward on our most complex clients. You will add value through thought leadership and proactively make recommendations on best practices and policies to ensure acceptable industry practices and minimal risk. You will oversee a team of analysts that will be responsible for timely and accurate data and you will work to develop their investment performance skills.
What you will be responsible for
Work with your senior team lead and underlying analysts to ensure timely and accurate data delivery on complex clients across all plan types.
Lead client discussions on conference calls and visits encompassing performance methodology and calculations, reporting, products, billing and scenario analysis among other topics. Leverage team talent to assist.
Be an expert on the full Analytics product suite and be able to identify opportunities and solutions to client issues.
Champion client facing technology and execute on recommendations to maximize efficiencies.
Ensure client is aware of all technology and train internal / external parties.
Ensure client deliverables / metrics are met while maintaining proper documentation with adherence to risk standards. Organize and execute plan to remediate issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements to increase client satisfaction.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA in accounting, finance or economics related area
10+ years of Investment Performance experience
5+ years of supervisory or management experience
Ability to interpret large amounts of data and translate into concise, easily understood speaking points to senior staff members
CFA / CIPM preferred
Additional requirements
Ability to effectively handle and resolve numerous ongoing communications and reporting deliverables in fast paced environment.
Superior relationship skills with ability to effectively communicate to and influence senior level staff.
Understanding the drivers of questions to ensure maximum efficiency in the research and resolution process
Ability to successfully work across organizations and foster collaboration.
Team player that creates an enthusiastic environment for continued learning
Travel required.

Salary Range:
$115,000 - $182,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
