Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Program Manager - Full Time Remote

State of the Art\.** Derco, A Lockheed Martin We are an industry leader, offering a suite of fleet management solutions, including spares distribution, logistics solutions, repair and overhaul services and technical solutions\. **THE WORK** Lockheed Martin RMS and Derco, a Lockheed Martin Company, are seeking an experienced and self\-motivated Program Manager to plan and execute a C\-130 Performance Based Logistics Programs \(PBL\) with the U\.S\. Defence Logistics Agency\. The Program Manager will direct all phases of the program from inception through completion\. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions\. Responsible for the cost, schedule and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs\. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes\. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance\. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer\. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and metrics, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications\. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program as well as cross\-functional areas\. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage PBL programs that meet customer requirements and achieve business objectives\. 2\. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators \(KPIs\) to measure program effectiveness, including metrics such as availability, reliability, and cost savings\. 3\. Logistics Support: Coordinate logistics support activities, including spare parts management, Electronic Data Interfaces, operations and supply chain management\. 4\. Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, partners, and customers to ensure compliance with terms and conditions\. 5\. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with PBL programs, including supply chain disruptions, technical issues, and regulatory compliance\. 6\. Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and finance teams, as well as external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners\. 7\. Financial Management: Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost\-effectiveness and profitability\. 8\. Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve PBL processes, procedures, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction\. 9\. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including FARs, DFARs and DLA Directives\. 10\. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field\. 2\. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with logistics, supply chain management, or program management, with a focus on performance\-based logistics\. Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience and knowledge working with the Defense Logistics Agency\. 3\. Skills: • Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills\. • Ability to lead cross\-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders\. • Experience with contract management, risk management, and financial management\. • Knowledge of logistics support principles, including spare parts management, MRO services, and supply chain management\. • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including FARs, DFARS and DLA Directives\. U\.S\. Citizenship is required due to program requirements\. **Desired Skills:** 1\. Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field\. 2\. Experience: Experience in the aerospace, defense, or similar industry, with a focus on performance\-based logistics\. 3\. Skills: • Experience with data analytics and performance metrics\. • Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement techniques\. 4\. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings\. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $142,100 \- $267,600\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\.
