We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Work with Field Managers to implement the action plans.

• Monitor daily operational processes in the team.

• Work closely with sales support and operation staff to facilitate smooth execution of the sales process.

• Act as the primary point of contact for procedural guidance, and ensure effective usage of sales tools and sales support materials.

• Take responsibility for monitoring the team to complete the mandatory trainings.

• Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.

• Support achievement of the HSBC vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behavior, actions and decision making.

• Ensure self and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meets HSBC standards and procedures.
