About this opportunity

The Industrialization & Verification (TI) organization is an integral part of the R&D organization within EAS. We focus on validation/verification and industrialization of antenna products & components and develop the latest cutting-edge antenna manufacturing technology working in a challenging and highly motivating environment.

 

We are currently looking, on behalf of our TIC Material Planning & Control Team, for an experienced Performance Control Architect to develop our process management to the next level in our continuous development projects.

What you will do Control of demands (project-related KPIs), time schedules & information flowsDefinition, maintenance and monitoring of KPIs relevant to IndustrializationDefinition, maintenance and monitoring of KPIs relevant to VerificationResponsible for data analysisSupport the creation of a TI strategy presentationSupport of special projects (e.g. general data analysis)Contributing to problem-solving initiatives & root cause analysis on process or productContributing to interdisciplinary optimization projects in the area of R&DManagement of small projects in your area of responsibilitySupport for process definitions and process management in TIThe skills you bring Completed (commercial or technical) university degree, e.g. in mechanical engineering alternatively apprenticeship with further training as a technicianStrong experience in process management or change managementSolid understanding of SAP & Process managementStrong method competenceStructured and results-oriented way of workingHigh social competence and ability to work in a teamExcellent written and spoken English
