We are now looking for a Performance Coordinator to join Nissan's eNEST business division (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Norway, Denmark, Sweden).
How can you contribute and have an impact?
Manage the daily After Sales file and send it to the respective countries.Create, update, and maintain the Dealer scorecard.Update the AS Bonus Follow-up files and send them to the countries.Keep the data for the PPM tool up to date.Update the monthly closure files.Assist the Performance Section Manager with landing files.Follow up on credit limits.Report NAE.Handle manual invoice requests (IRF), purchase orders, etc.Follow up and report on dealer incentives.Use PRISM and Tableau.Travel as needed to perform the job duties
What are we looking for:
At least 3 years of professional experience.
Experience in an international, matrix organization is a big plus.
Background in sales, marketing, reporting, business administration, or assistant roles.
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus.
Advanced skills in Excel, Access, and databases.
Strong business planning and analysis abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Excel, Access, and database management.
