Detailed Job Description:

At least 7 years dedicated performance engineering and performance testing experience 4+ years performance testing applications hosted in the cloud (AWS, Azure, etc) Extensive experience with a wide suite of performance test tools including jMeter, Load Runner, Blazemeter. Experienced in Agile practices, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, Continuous testing. Experienced developing and presenting detailed Performance Test Analysis reports Experienced with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Cases, Pipelines, Code Repos) Experience leading a multi-vendor Onshore / Offshore team with Performance Testing resources Ability to plan, estimate, and coordinate multiple performance testing engagements simultaneously Understanding Testing Maturity Models and how they are applied to increase maturity of quality and IT organization to enable continuous improvement. Understanding conventional and cloud testing strategies. Strong communication and presentation skills.
