**Overview**
**About the role:**
We are looking for a Performance Executive to help lead campaign implementation and management across all digital channels (paid social, paid search, and programmatic). The role will involve overseeing optimisations & campaign insights to drive media planning for a great client patch within the financial service sector.
Your strong attention to detail means you thrive when tasks are completed accurately. You have a highly curious mind and a thirst for learning and to understand the why. You love taking ownership of your tasks and can prioritise effectively when handling concurrent tasks.
You’ll join a supportive and positive team who will contribute to your eagerness to learn and develop, whilst delivering great work to their clients across performance and brand digital media campaigns.
**Your scope will include:**
+ Owning the media performance process from activation (buying & trafficking) to converting (optimisation & reporting) of campaigns.
+ Setting up and optimising campaigns across paid search, paid social and programmatic. This role skews towards search and social, however all digital channels will be touched.
+ Communicating effectively with the client on reporting, competitive and creative specs requirements.
+ Implementing bid management technology and automated bid rules across campaigns to drive performance.
+ Ensuring finances & budgets are completed with accuracy and within deadline.
+ Creating a positive relationship with key media and technology partners e.g. Google, Meta, Trade Desk, TikTok.
+ A Client-Centric Focus. Striving to deliver solutions or services that meet or exceed expectations.

**What type of person will be successful in this role:**
**Key skills and experience:**
+ At least 1 year of experience in a performance or digital role, ideally within a media agency, publisher, or within a digital media platform.
+ Demonstrated experience driving performance outcomes for your clients. Ideally you would have some experience implementing campaigns across digital channels including paid search, paid social, and/or programmatic, however we are open to considering candidates who may have just scratched the surface of these channels and have ambition to expand their skills.
+ Experience working on 1-2 platforms such as DV360, SA360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, The Trade Desk, or TikTok Ads.
+ Strong grasp of Microsoft Office programmes, especially PowerPoint and Excel. You can create Pivot tables with your eyes closed.
+ Ability to execute tasks with high attention to detail and a minimal error rate.
+ Demonstrated experience taking ownership of your tasks and can prioritise effectively when handling concurrent tasks.
+ Open to probing for clarity and asking questions when tasks or outputs are not clear.
