Scope and Goals of the Position:
To guarantee the delivering of the expected economic results in line with the GBU business plan for the assigned accounts in the assigned product area, guaranteeing at the same time the highest level of customer satisfaction managing an effective communication flow among the different stakeholders at global and local level, with the purpose of creating the best environment to finalize opportunities in the different regions.
Responsibilities:
Support the Performance Manager defining and implementing the strategic and marketing plan for the account/region of competence, together with commercial policies for the relevant customers Maintain the targeted portfolio of customers at the expected levels of turnover and profitability Guarantee customer satisfaction in the process of order management, from availability enquiry to inserting the finalized order in the system and order delivery while ensuring customer profitability as well as monitoring warehouse levels together with the Logistics Supervisor. Define the commercial budget and business plan for his/her assigned customers Guarantee the economic targets of his/her area of responsibility, maximizing customer satisfaction Negotiate effectively with the customer’s counterparts, keeping a continuous flow of information with his/her management Identify the incoming expectations of the customers in terms of product deliveries and transfers them to the Logistics Team Guarantee a homogenous commercial policy within the assigned customer portfolio Ensure the insertion of the Forecast Orders into the system on timely input from the customer or Race manager/engineers Guarantee continuous contact with customers and with the Sales Team Manage timely the price lists of the relevant customers, incorporating the latest cost updates according to the policy defined with the Performance Manager Take care of the preparation of the shipping lists by promptly informing the customer of their dataRequirements:
Must: More than 5 years of work experience Must: Interest in automotive/motorcycle business (5+ years of working experience in these industries) Must: Self-starter, cheerful, energetic, aspirational Must: Customer oriented, market centric mindset Nice to have: Deep knowledge in Aftermarket / Racing market Nice to have: Engineering/technical background Nice to have: English, channel management, distribution management skills
