General Summary
Works across the enterprise to deliver improvement coaching and project leadership. In addition to working on broad cultural transformation, this position is responsible for supporting improvement projects that deliver sustained and measurable results, support knowledge transfer of process improvement methods and practices through facilitation, training, and development of the workforce at all levels of the organization.

Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
3 years Healthcare/Performance/Process Improvement Required andClinical and/or healthcare leadership RequiredLicenses:
Advanced Lean Certification within 2 years Required orCertified LEAN Six Sigma within 2 years RequiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Expertise with Microsoft Office and statistical software for analysis and presentations.Experience with EPIC health information management system, and organizational skills are a plus.Analysis, spreadsheet, and other software programs; group facilitation; project management, virtual meetings.Ability to work remotely with minimal disruption.Comprehensive Health Benefits
