Performance Improvement Lead

Location: London, Bristol, York, Norwich

Salary: around £75,000 - £85,000  (depending on location)

Are you someone with strong commercial acumen to evaluate financial viability and support performance target setting and measurement? Are you adept at using MI to streamline customer journeys and provide actionable insights? Can you collaborate strategically with marketing, finance, and business development teams to capitalise on commercial opportunities? We have a really exciting new role at Aviva which utilises all of these skills to improve journeys in a high growth area of the business.

A bit about the job:

An opportunity has arisen to optimise a new capability in Aviva, to monitor and enhance the traffic and flow of customers through our Aviva lead ecosystem, at the core of the Connected Wealth strategy. This role will enable the business to retain assets, generate new income and ensure customer needs are met in the most efficient way possible. This will involve analysis of journeys related to products, services and new propositions across the Wealth & Advice and Direct Wealth (DW) ecosystems. This role will be a key partner of Head of Connected Wealth and the wider function to generate insights and enhance our intelligence and decision-making with regards to performance of Aviva leads and referrals in the Guidance and Advice space as a priority; therefore to Succession Wealth (SW), DW or otherwise. This role will ultimately be responsible for the ecosystem becoming and remaining as efficient as possible in its different stages (top, middle and bottom of the “funnel”). This will involve using resources available through both Aviva & SW, to ensure propositions are fit for purpose, adding tangible value to both customers and Aviva.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

·       Commercial Acumen: Apply strong commercial skills to evaluate the financial viability of lead sources and partnerships, and support the Head of Connected Wealth in setting performance targets, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth for Aviva.

·       Lead Data-Driven Insights: Spearhead the creation of a dynamic trading and performance scorecard, leveraging MI data to drive impactful decisions for Aviva's lead ecosystem.

·       Optimise Customer Journeys: Regularly monitor and enhance conversion efficiency and service performance, ensuring top-notch customer experiences and meeting SLA standards.

·       Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Aviva's marketing, finance, business development and lead management teams to assess and capitalise on commercial opportunities, enhancing lead sources and CRM systems.

·       Innovate with Technology: Utilise Salesforce and other advanced MI systems to streamline lead management, digital triage processes, and deliver actionable commercial insights.
