Sharing knowledge and applying the applicability of Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodology is a daily requirement. Remain current on healthcare trends and advances. + Define financial, operational, and clinical data necessary for evaluating change initiatives. Identify steps, tools, and training necessary to implement a process or structural change. + Oversee functioning of assigned projects/project teams and for collaborating with executive leadership to access necessary resources. Manage resources, process and quality assurance of projects within scope of responsibility. + Develop and update the ongoing management plan.
