Job Description Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design.Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reportsDevelop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and qualityAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systemsIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsFilter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problemsWork with management to prioritize business and information needsLocate and define new process improvement opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis and VisualizationExperience in Data Gathering, Process Improvement and Project ManagementSimilar industry (B2B) preferred but not requiredProficiency with the following platforms: Salesforce, JIRA, Google Sheets / Excel, Looker Studio / other Data Viz tools, Big Query / Snowflake or similarExperience in fast paced / high volume industry is preferredTeam lead / Managerial experience is preferredCertifications in Business Analysis (CBAP) is preferredGraduate of Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or Business Admin, Statistical Analysis, ActuarialScience or any related Field
