**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** The Performance Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in how we show up in North America. This position will help explore new ways to engage and grow our consumers, enhance how we bring stories to life across the digital landscape, and will be responsible for helping to achieve business priorities. You will obsess the business, have a sense of curiosity and look for ways to experiment with new ideas, and your analytical mentality will constantly improve results. **WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON** The Performance Marketing Specialist is an important role within the consumer-focused digital marketing offense at Converse and a key driver in North America’s continued DTC acceleration. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to drive NA’s digital business and transforming Converse into a sophisticated, consumer-focused, digital brand. As part of the Digital Marketing team, you will bring best-in-class experiences to life for the consumer. + Support the development and execution of the 13-week Seasonal marketing plans for Always-on/Daily engagement within our Performance Marketing channels. + Contribute to delivering against Converse’s digital business goals, frequently offering ideas to refine and drive efficiencies and growth. + Support execution and trafficking of Paid Social, Display, Affiliate and Search campaigns; managing deliverables, compiling key dates/content, and looking for opportunities to enhance cross-functional alignment between stories. + Support Performance Marketing Sr. Manager with crafting creative briefs, providing feedback on assets, QAing content, and aligning on landing pages. + Gather and mine data alongside Directors and Managers to support weekly/monthly reporting and seasonal QBRs. + Lead creation of a seasonal Creative QBR, helping to inform the content and copy creation process for North America and the greater Marketing Org. + Develop powerful and engaging data visualization for team’s findings. + Act as a positive influence, integrator, advocate, and collaborator across functions. + Exhibit financial excellence through budget management and PO process, working closely with Finance partners, ensuring we deliver on budget and pay vendors on time. **WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH** Serve as an integral team member of the NA Digital Marketing function, the Converse Direct team, and overall Brand Marketing org to lead and implement an accelerated digital offense. To drive North America’s business results and consumer offense, you will work cross-functionally with key partners across Digital Marketing, Direct, CRM, Merch, Analytics, Data Science, Content Planning, and Brand Creative. This role will require consistent collaboration, partnership and consensus across the enterprise. **WHAT YOU BRING** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training + 2-3 years work experience in digital/online marketing or related field preferred + Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and tactics across key channels including search, paid media, organic social. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations. + Strong analytical skills and comfort using art and science to inform plans and decision making. + Strong understanding of business analytics, digital analytics, and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions tied to revenue. + Previous experience managing a marketing channel for a multichannel retailer, is preferred. + Previous experience helping drive cohort marketing strategies, a plus.
