About the Team The B2B Marketing team is a small and diverse team of highly-driven marketers who are performance-focused, super collaborative, and value having fun together just as much as our campaign results. We support a wide variety of business lines and work closely with our Inside Sales partners to generate leads for: + B2B Growth Marketing supports Merchant Acquisition (https://get.doordash.com/) ("Mx"), DoorDash for Business (https://work.doordash.com/) (“DDfB”), and various New Vertical categories (“NV” such as Alcohol (https://get.doordash.com/en-us/business/alcohol) , Flowers (https://get.doordash.com/en-us/business/flower-shops) , and more), with paid media being a key driving force to the business’ growing successes. About the Role We’re hiring a data-driven Performance Marketer who will be responsible for driving growth across paid media channels for our Restaurant and New Verticals suite of products in the US. This role is tasked with the monumental responsibility of attracting and educating new SMB Merchants about the benefits of the DoorDash product suite to help them grow their business through third-party delivery. This role will be tasked with the execution of paid media buys (Paid Search, Paid Social and Paid Display), delivering against aggressive business goals, managing investment efficiency, and maintaining a “startup” mentality to be a top-tier cross-functional partner. You will report into the Senior Manager of B2B Performance Marketing on our Growth Marketing team in our Merchant organization. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… + Execute paid media strategy and campaign execution to increase lead generation and optimal ROAS. + Own the bottom line on all performance marketing programs for paid media campaigns as they are hyper-growth channels for the respective products. + Nimbly lead and measure performance across an evergreen portfolio of paid channels, but execute ad hoc strategic campaigns with separate goals and budgets as the landscape shifts. + Develop and implement testing strategies to improve KPIs including identifying and testing new channels, creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance. + Work with cross-functional teams on overall business strategy and growth. We’re excited about you because… + You have 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing paid media (search, display, social), either at an agency or in-house. + You have a deep familiarity with all digital marketing metrics including MQL, CW, CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV and ROAS + Demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail + You are relentlessly resourceful. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
