Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive Performance Marketing strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectivesLead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads(SEM), Google Display Network, Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, programmatic networks, etc)Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns, from creative development to media buying and performance analysisConduct thorough analysis of campaign performance using analytic tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and other relevant platformsPlan and conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROIIdentify optimization opportunities / growth, and analyzing the impact and effort requiredCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative Lab, Sales & Marketing team, Product team) to align marketing strategies with business objectivesStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketingDevelop and maintain a testing roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectivenessImplement innovative strategies that's aligned industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in display advertisingMentor and lead a team of performance marketing professionals, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the teamMature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently to enhance campaign performance and innovationCapable of leading and managing small to medium projects with minimal supervision that can potentially create value for the whole teamGenerate regular reports for stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign performance and ROIAble to explain complex data in a way that is understandable for non-technical audiences

Requirements

Graduated from reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads / SEM)Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads(SEM), Google Display Network, Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, programmatic networks, etc)Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniquesProven track record of managing and optimizing Search advertising campaignsPossess exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalabilityPossess a sharp eye for detail coupled with the ability to see how small details make up the bigger picture - Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysisGood communication skill, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellenceAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc)Proven track record of managing team members
