Our agency has been operating in the Russian market for 15 years and has achieved notable rankings in the Runet Rating for the Real Estate industry, placing #2 in Performance Marketing, #3 in Targeted Advertising, and #4 in Contextual Advertising.

In 2022 we opened a new branch in Dubai, UAE, and have already established successful partnerships with local real estate agencies. As we expand our client portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Performance marketer remotely to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns for diverse objectives of business(remotely).


Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities using ads platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum level. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign to optimize campaign and creative performance better. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase new user numbers in an efficient way.

Requirements:

Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 2-3 years). Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads. Have a good understanding of Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Experience in handling programmatic ad buying would be a plus.
