Performance Marketing Specialist

The opportunity

We are looking for an innovative and curious paid digital media specialist to join our dynamic and team and help us in our digital marketing transformation journey. As a pivotal member of the team, you will collaborate closely with different teams from brand, propositions, and growth marketing, to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. Your expertise will be instrumental in engaging diverse audiences across multiple platforms. The role is expected to work closely with the brand, propositions, and growth marketing teams to drive performance through the marketing funnel, for Manulife Philippines, Manulife China Bank Life, and Manulife Investment Management.

Individual Accountabilities:

Participate in brainstorms and help develop ideas for all marketing campaignsAssist in marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areasLiaise with external partners to execute campaignsHelp plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, display ads, etc.)Analyzes digital marketing data (reach, traffic, brand lift, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategiesUndertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assignedEnsure data sanitation and tracking is in place for all digital assets

Track and optimize the performance of campaigns in partnership with local teams and cross-functional regional teams.Management and implementation of E2E and paid media dashboardsBudget management and monitoring

The role directly impacts our Digital Lead Acquisition program by driving the right intermediary KPIs. The role reports to the Head of Brand, Content, & Digital who reports to the Philippines CMO.

Required Qualifications:

The candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, specializing in one or more of the following channels: DV360, CM360, Google Display Network, Performance Max, Google Discovery Ads, and Meta Ads.1-2 years of experience in digital media planning and buying (including inventory/audience research, competitor research and 1st-party data analysis) is required.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs and ROI.Ability to advise on all things paid digital media to internal stakeholders by providing expertise on specific channels and opportunities and data strategies.Extensive understanding of digital media platforms and relevant metrics.Strong data analysis skills (e.g. Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions, ideally including Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics) to understand campaign performance, optimizations and improvement areas.Strong understanding of digital marketing and proven experience working with such teams to connect content to a company’s digital marketing activity.Strong organization skills to effectively manage budget and campaign calendar.Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics platform experience/certification is a plus.Certifications across Google Marketing Platform and analytics platforms are a bonus.Experience working in financial and/or insurance services is preferred in executing campaigns of varying objectives (awareness, prospecting, retargeting, acquisition).
