Performance Media Lead

Job Description

At H&M, we're looking for a structured and analytical Performance Media Lead to transform how our customers interact with our brand. In this role, you’ll bring expertise in Paid Media Channels (Social, Affiliate, Paid Search, Display, etc.) to create impactful strategies that drive customer engagement and profitable growth.  You will be part of Region North Europe team which includes Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, UK & Ireland. This position can be based in either our London or Stockholm Office.

Key responsibilities including areas such as: 

Lead the implementation and optimization of regional performance media strategies across key Paid Media Channels. 

Leverage your structured and organized approach to manage performance media investments, balancing short-term results with long-term growth.  

Translate performance media insights into a bigger business perspective, effectively communicating strategies to management and other stakeholders.  

Develop and execute comprehensive media plans, aligning with business objectives and focusing on audience insights, competitive analysis, and channel performance.  

Manage budget and resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation to maximize ROI across performance channels.  

Analyze performance data with a strong data-analytical mindset, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization while presenting insights in a clear, concise manner.  

Collaborate with performance agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure strategies align with customer, brand, and media standards.  

Educate regional and local teams on performance marketing strategies and foster understanding across diverse audiences. 

Qualifications

We’re looking for a results-driven professional with a passion for performance marketing and a strong foundation in Paid Media Channels. A degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business, alongside experience managing media budgets and overseeing cross-functional teams is required.  

You should have a proven ability to align technical expertise with strategic business goals, while effectively communicating complex insights to different audiences. Success in this role demands an organized, analytical mindset and the ability to bridge performance media knowledge with broader business objectives. 

We also believe you have: 

5 to 7 years of experience in the areas above are highly meritory. 

Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Paid Media Channels (Social, Affiliate, Paid Search, Display, etc.). 

Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.  

Structured and organized approach to managing multiple priorities, resources, and budgets effectively.  

Proven experience in translating performance media insights into a broader business perspective, with the ability to communicate strategies to management and other audiences.  

Expertise in budget management and ROI optimization across digital channels.  

Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social, Affiliate, and Display advertising, including platform algorithms and operations.  

Strong leadership skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and education.  

Curiosity and adaptability to stay ahead of trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.

This is a permanent position based in our Support Office in either London or  Stockholm and reports to the Paid Media Manager.
