Performance Media Supervisor-Starcom
**Overview** We are looking for a motivated Performance Media Supervisor to join **Starcom!** In this role you will manage **performance marketing platforms** for leading multinational accounts. The role requires strong knowledge of **digital marketing tools** and proven work on results-driven projects to deliver successful performance marketing campaigns **Responsibilities** + Create and manage Google Ads and Social Media campaigns on time and budget + Monitor, measure and report of performance marketing campaigns according to ROI goals and KPIs + Identify and analyze insights, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns performance + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that performance campaigns align with clients’ strategy, KPIs and deadlines + Ensure the quality and accuracy of campaign execution and client deliverables + Create and deliver performance reports to clients, focusing on results and highlighting insights and opportunities for improvement + Keep up to date with new products and features of digital marketing platforms + Reconcile media budgets and platform invoices **Qualifications** + At least 2-3 years of experience in similar position + University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field (MSc is a plus) + Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms especially Google Ads and SoMe + A proven track record of driving growth and achieving campaign objectives + Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions + Communication and organizational skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working + Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, Excel proficiency a must + Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken **Additional information** **Staff benefits ** We provide a diverse and comprehensive selection of benefits aimed at supporting your well-being, work-life balance, professional development, and overall job satisfaction.  _Publicis Groupe, certified in Greece as_ **_a Great Place to Work_** **_®_** _for five consecutive years (2021-2025), is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity in all forms.
