About this opportunity

At Ericsson, we are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Performance Monitoring Manager to lead and manage network KPI’s and analyze them in case of any degradation or abnormality found, and driving continuous improvement across operational processes. This role is essential in ensuring network stability, performance, and service quality.

What you will do :

•    Lead and manage the Performance Monitoring team, consisting of 22 members and 5 shift leaders, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
•    Monitor 2G, 3G, and 4G network KPIs across Multi Vendors technologies, identifying and analyzing any performance degradations or abnormalities.
•    Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure network stability.
•    Follow pre-defined escalation processes for unresolved incidents to ensure timely resolution and service continuity.
•    Generate benchmarking reports to assess and compare network performance before and after Change Request (CR) implementations.
•    Oversee network performance during key events (e.g., Eid, public holidays, weekends) to ensure optimal user experience.
•    Conduct and ensure daily and weekly network health checks are completed accurately and on schedule.
•    Responsible for the creation and delivery of daily operational performance reports to relevant stakeholders.

The skills you bring:

•    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics, Telecommunication
•    Experience: 5-8 years of experience in, in a telecommunications or network operations environment.
•    Technical Knowledge:
o    Strong understanding of Mobile Network Architecture, including 2G, 3G, 4G, VOLTE and 5G technologies.
o    Proficiency in KPI formulae, KPI degradation analysis, and troubleshooting.
o    Knowledge of core network and IMS network performance and configuration. 
o    Familiarity with Multi-Vendor tools.
o    Detail Oriented – Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
o    Has good knowledge in data science and data analysis
o    Has good knowledge in programming language with good automation background
o    Has developed use cases on MS Power-BI
o    Flexibility – to use SW tools and ability to adapt easily to changing conditions and work responsibilities.
o    Communication – Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
o    Detail Oriented – Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
o    Has good knowledge in data science and data analysis
o    Has good knowledge in programming language with good automation background
o    Has developed use cases on MS Power-BI
o    Flexibility – to use SW tools and ability to adapt easily to changing conditions and work responsibilities.
o    Communication – Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
o    Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.

•    Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of network issues.
•    Programming Skills: Programming knowledge is a plus.
•    Behavioral and Leadership Skills:
o    Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations.
o    Leading & Supervising teams effectively.
o    Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
o    Ability to work under pressure, remain proactive, and maintain a results-oriented approach.
