Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.

Subfamily Description

NW Design & Optimisation (NWD) comprises the planning and / or managing the planning of communications networks for customers. Covers consultation of customers on communication network performance. Contains optimisation and / or managing of the optimisation of customer networks. Covers the execution of end-to-end design-related activities (address surveys, site surveys, design and as-built) for deployment projects.

The team you'll be part of

In this role you will be member of the NPO Pre-Launch Optimization Team within MN RBC Europe Project Delivery / Project Engineering NPO Organization . Selected Candidate will be part of a high experienced team accountable for Pre-Launch Optimization in all European radio projects. Key must-haves:

Strong working experience on Radio Access technologies (planning & optimization) Independent level on Nokia 2G/3G/4G/SRAN & 5G parameters, counters and KPIs In depth trouble-shooting capability from analysis of network statistics Good technical understanding of network optimization and Network Design (HLD,LLD) BSc degree in Telecommunications or relevant departments

 

It would be nice if you also had:

Good networking within 2G/4G/SRAN & 5G Nokia environment and 3rd party products Overall understanding of telecommunications business and Nokia Networks solutions in mobile. Valuable if you have some experience with Analysis Tools like Power BI or similar
 

Be fully accountable for site and cluster tuning in pre-launch optimization phase

Lead all and any 2G/3G/4G/5G counter / KPIs commitment related discussion (formulas, aggregation, threshold) for periodic or ad-hoc updates / changes (for both OSS and drive tests domains.  Troubleshoot and improve KPIs on Radio Optimization of SRAN, 5G/LTE networks Lead complex network performance troubleshooting activities covering end-to-end perspective, assuring that all required teams (Company and/or Customer) are engaged and taking over responsibility and following up to assure problem is resolved by the responsible party. Be involved in different discussions with the client and will be consider as one more of the team conformed by Nokia and customer Engineers Help the customer with the activation plan, KPI monitoring, report generation and evaluation of the proposed changes
