The Role:

The Performance PPM Scheduler is responsible for the management of planned and routine maintenance schedule requirements, including development and integration into the CMMS. You will work closely with the Facilities Operations team to ensure delivery of planned and routine maintenance activities in line with contract, statutory, JLL, and OEM requirements and obligations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Establish and manage technical preventative maintenance schedules in conjunction with FM Teams, Project Team, JLL Engineering, Sourcing & Procurement, and client. Manage the build updates within ‘Corrigo’ (CMMS) through contract changes and on/off processes. Oversee the management of statutory compliance items by ensuring relevant preventative maintenance is conducted.  Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance performance reporting schedule. Liaise with FM Teams to assist in the management of poor performing preventative maintenance contractors; and Liaising with HSSE, Risk and Compliance Manager(s) to ensure statutory obligations associated with Programmed Preventative Maintenance are appropriately managed through JLL’s compliance platform.

Key skills

Tertiary qualifications in Facilities, Asset Management or related field are desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrable experience within a similar role will be well regarded.Proven experience in managing and/or delivering schedule planning associated with asset management and maintenance strategies in a commercial environmentPersuasive written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail.Electrical, mechanical and/or a related engineering/trade field, Facilities Management experienceA demonstrated aptitude for the interpretation and analysis of numerical data; preferably in an asset / plant & equipment / maintenance planning and scheduling context, with an understanding of how they relate to property and building management.Proficient in the use of the MS Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, particularly Excel with a knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, etc.
