We are seeking a Performance Project Manager with a strong focus on Process Design Consulting to join our Global Business Lines and Performance team.
--> Job Purpose :
This role is integral to re-engineering business processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving change management. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in process design to streamline operations, enhance client and backoffice experiences, and promote digitalization and data management. This role also involves managing complex, global programs and collaborating with stakeholders across various functions.
--> Principal Accountabilities :
Process Design Consulting: Lead the design and re-engineering of business processes, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals. Consulting Expertise: Leverage your consulting background to diagnose process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions that drive performance improvements. Transformation Implementation: Oversee the implementation of process redesigns and transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth integration and stakeholder buy-in across the organization. Management of Complex and Global Programs: Manage and coordinate global programs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and efficient execution across multiple regions. Team Supervision: Lead cross-functional teams, including IT/IS, Sales, Finance, Resources, and Operations, to successfully execute process design projects. Performance KPIs: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of process changes and ensure continuous improvement. Client and Backoffice Experience Enhancement: Use process design principles to enhance the experience of clients and backoffice teams, ensuring processes are user-friendly and efficient. Digitalization and Data Management: Promote and integrate digital tools and data management practices into redesigned processes to maximize efficiency and decision-making capabilities.

Promoting Digitalization and Data-Driven Decisions:These key challenges highlight the need for the Performance Project Manager to possess strong project management, change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to succeed in this role within the international and complex environment of Bureau Veritas.

--> Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
Academic background : MSc or equivalent Extensive experience in process design consulting, with a focus on business process re-engineering and optimization Proven track record in managing complex, global projects in a consulting environment Experience in implementing process changes across multiple functions and regions Strong project management and process design skills Ability to diagnose problems and develop innovative, practical solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to lead cross-functional teams Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes English : Professional French : Nice to have
