Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Lead the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to established plans and quality standards.Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including other function’s representatives, team members, and senior management.Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships to ensure project success.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions as needed.

Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.Allocate resources effectively, balancing project needs with available capacity.

Process Improvement:

Evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to drive continuous improvement.

Position’s Requirement

Minimum of 3 years of experience working on x86 architecture server or related to it.To have evidence of proficient skill in English speaking with TOEIC score 700 or undergraduate or master degree from oversea.To exhibit the skill of using office applications such as Word, Powerpoint, and Excel that illustrates the risks and issues from the project.To have work in ODM, test lab, or benchmarking institution is a plus.To have the know-how and experience in performance benchmark such as Spec.Org, TPC-#, SAP, and STAC M3 is a plus.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are advantageous.
