Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Specialist to support operational and service activities within our financial systems. This role requires experience with Albridge and a strong ability to troubleshoot system-related issues, interface with vendors, and provide training to internal associates and financial professionals. Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive salary, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits Essential Duties Serve as the primary contact for operational and service activities related to departmental systems, including troubleshooting issues, managing system activations/deactivations, and providing requested reports. Deliver professional presentations and conduct both formal and informal training sessions via teleconference or occasional in-person meetings, including offsite presentations. Mentor team members by providing guidance, answering inquiries, reviewing workflows, and assisting the Team Lead with training initiatives. Perform system maintenance and manage administrative files, proactively identifying areas for system improvement. Assist in maintaining billing records for financial professionals, including monitoring free trial periods and ensuring timely trial-ending notifications. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of other company technology systems that interface with departmental systems to effectively troubleshoot inbound inquiries. Education & Experience The ideal candidate would have experience in the financial industry, proficient in Albridge and other financial systems. Skilled in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and maintaining accuracy with a keen attention to detail. Strong communicator with excellent presentation abilities, capable of training and mentoring team members. Adept at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and thriving in fast-paced environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant financial systems. Certificates & Licenses Compensation: $40,000-$50,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
