Role description:
Support the Performance & Reward team on key activities such as Annual Compensation Review, compensation survey participation and other related projects.
Role accountabilities:
• Supporting the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) process by performing HCM data checks, local bonus monitoring and reports generation. The role will be responsible in ensuring that the data used for ACR is accurate and that inputs are consistent with the agreed process.
• Participating in compensation surveys, including collating local benefits, policies, and bonus information. The P&R Analyst will have access to job matching methodologies by our survey vendors and will map Arcadis jobs to the appropriate levels and functions.
• Acting as first line of support for salary benchmarking inquiries and other P&R-related queries. Where needed, the role will provide references to internal or external salary data.
• Working with the wider P&R team and People Services for integration activities, benefit renewals, audits, reporting, invoicing, and creation of team project calendar.
• The role may also act as a focal person for other processes agreed with the P&R Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
Knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with compensation and benefits processes.
• Experience working within a global team or with European countries preferrable.
• High attention to detail to ensure First Time Right (FTR).
• Ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
Key qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Must be organized, self-managed, self-motivated and deadline oriented.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively and professionally in both written communications and interact with people at all levels.
