Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team and support the Performance & Reward function of KONE Americas as our **Performance & Reward Process Specialist?**
***This role could be based in either Lisle, IL or Mexico City, MX - Hybrid office presence is expected***
_Part of your responsibilities include but are not limited to:_
+ Regular data auditing and testing of local eligibility rules (bonus percent, merit eligibility, IPE and KONE Grade) payroll to Workday audits and ensuring corrections are made accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Test full end to end processes, validate testing, sandbox testing for any configuration changes and upload of validation.
+ Pulls market reference data from appropriate surveys for creation of salary ranges
+ Supports management of bonus scorecards in Workday
+ Translating communication and training materials into required languages (English, Spanish and French)
+ Sending out communication materials related to annual processes including process launch, employee & manager reminders, status reports and process closings.
+ Creating Workday processes instructional videos for employee and manager use
+ Creating, editing, updating, retiring and publishing Dovetail (case management tool) solutions
+ Partners with P&R CoE to identify and implement Workday configurations and functionality that enables quicker and easier access to Workday fields, tracking and reporting new and current process improvements to processes related to P&R the business
As our **Performance & Reward Process Specialist** , you will bring 3+ years of Human resources experience; 2+ years of HR System (such as Workday) experience strongly preferred. Additionally, outside of a preferred Bachelor's Degree, you will bring excellent verbal and written communication skills to a wide variety of audiences; you must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, all while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service; and you will have excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). If located in Mexico City, we do require strong bilingual skills (English/Spanish.)
