Performance Sales Specialist (Fixed-Term-Contract)
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in digital media or advertising sales, performance agency business or marketing. Preferred qualifications: + 5 years of experience working cross-functionally to influence priorities/strategy. + Understanding of Google Ads solutions across performance and measurement. + Ability to build and manage successful joint business plans with key cross-functional partners. + Excellent communication, project management, investigative, and organizational skills. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. As the Performance Sales Specialist, you will partner with key internal and external stakeholders to define account level Performance Marketing strategies as a vehicle to achieve clients’ business objectives. You will lead and own complex pre-sale, sale, closing and execution engagements and take responsibility for advancing customers' feature and product adoption of Google’s Performance Marketing solutions and offerings. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, and the impact they will have on our customer's business. You will be a thought leader in the Performance ecosystem, a strong seller with the capability to both convince clients on the value of an evolving app strategy and project manage the necessary technical implementation of the Power Stack strategy. You will be a trusted advisor, and have both an internal and external track record of success in large sales roles. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. + Lead sophisticated selling efforts across all Google's Power Stack solutions for the largest and highest opportunity accounts in Central and Eastern Europe Large Customer Sales (LCS). + Identify, pitch and manage implementation of Performance advertising opportunities to clients. + Advise advertisers with media strategy recommendations and proactively and creatively identify and address client challenges. + Support assigned clients with global/regional management of ad campaign planning, execution, optimization and reporting in partnership with gTech Ads, InC IM and Hub AM.
