Performance Site Lead

Job Summary:

Responsibilities: 

We’re seeking a Performance Site Lead to join our team! As our new Performance Site Lead, you will:

Manage daily operation function of the facility or facilities. 

Manage and mentor staff to provide world class experience to our clients 

Instructs, motivates, and assists clients in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals.

Motivates and assists Performance team with daily activities including but not limited to scheduling, coordinating clients, and program design

Ensure communication and alignment with Regional Performance Manager 

Regular communication with Regional Performance Manager 

Provide feedback from site team members to Regional Performance Manager

Oversee operational and staffing implementation at the site level 

Oversee direct site level staff responsible for the delivery of solutions

Responsible to follow EXOS methodologies and EXOS program design 

Assure appropriate scheduling and staffing as per contractual obligations

Assist the Regional Performance Manager to train and develop site team members to implement programs that demonstrate impact in alignment with company and agreed upon client objectives to assure

Quality control of methodology

Program delivery consistency

Product and solution implementation 

Troubleshooting to resolve operational issues

Exceptional customer service delivery

Primary point of contact for site level staff for internal helpdesk issues with product/programs 

Escalate site level internal helpdesk issues with product/programs to Regional Performance Manager

Conduct performance evaluations for site level staff and maintain performance evaluation documentation with assistance from Regional Performance Manager 

Maintain and foster a positive site level staff community and culture

Evaluate designated site level operations and performance, as well as performance of site level staff in alignment with both company and client company objectives to ensure optimal outcomes

Support achievement of site level customer metrics

Participating in program planning and development, as well as design and/or carry out related research 

Leading and/or participating in staff education covering all aspects of EXOS methodology

Perform all aspects of position held in a professional manner

Follow established policies and procedures of the company 

Perform other tasks as assigned

The Ideal Candidate will have:

At least three (3) years of strength coaching/personal training experience 

Earned a BA/BS Kinesiology or Sports Science or related degree (Master’s Degree preferred)

Hold a current industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM 

Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications

Knowledge  of EXOS methodology, products, and solutions

Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings 

Strong customer service skills where servicing the “client” is top priority

Energy and passion for helping others achieve their personal goals 

The ability to work independently with little daily supervision

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on helping improve technique and ability

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products

Physical Requirements:

Candidates applying for this position should be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday.  

Frequent walking around and demonstrating and assisting with exercise movements; bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling and squatting are movements performed daily.

Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $23.00/hour to $38.00/hour. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
