**Overview** Novant Health Sports Rehab clinic is seeking a Performance Specialist. The Performance Specialist is responsible for the coordination, supervision and implementation of specific wellness, performance and bridge rehabilitation programs. The candidate must have College / Professional Strength and Conditioning and/or Sports Performance Experience. Master's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Rehabilitation or related field preferred. Minimum of two years of training experience within a sports, performance based, athletics, collegiate, or professional sport setting preferred. **Licensure/Certification/Registration** : Industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM; BLS required. **Additional Skills Required** : + Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. + BLS certified. + Excellent presentations skills in various group setting. + Strong customer service skills where servicing the client is top priority. + Energy and passion for mentoring others to achieve their personal wellness goals. + Social media experience, knowledge and participation.
