In this role, you will report directly to the Performance Manager and be responsible for overseeing the performance team. You will ensure the department maintains exceptionally high standards in show creation, costume quality and show specification monitoring. As a Performance Supervisor, you will guide performance trainers through workshops and training, supporting the Performance Manager and Head of Performance in delivering a unique and memorable experience for our guests. You’ll also take charge of engaging daily briefings to motivate the team and will play a key part in recruiting, coaching, supporting and developing our talented team of Actors.
