Job description
Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead with SRE and Performance Testing experience,
In the role of Technical Test Lead - SRE, you will act as an SRE expert and single point of contact for Performance testing and Engineering, Monitoring, Analysis, reporting and troubleshooting. You will conduct required performance tests, create reports and plan, design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience in Software testing (with Performance testing and Engineering, Monitoring, Analysis, excellent reporting and troubleshooting skills).

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 4+ years of proven hands-on software performance engineering & Chaos Engineering experience.
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools like ELK, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.
• Experience in Resiliency, DR and HA testing.
• Experience in creating dashboards, alerts & integrations with APM tools like Dynatrace, ELK & CloudWatch
• Experience with different performance testing tools - Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, Netload.
• Experience with Chaos tools – Gremlin, Chao Toolkit/mesh etc.
• Cloud Experience - AWS
• Experience in service-oriented architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools like ELK, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.
• Efficiently work with various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++).
• Knowledge of micro service architectures, Cloud (AWS/Azure) or Hybrid infrastructure
• Working experience in Investment Management or Capital Market domain is good to have
• Good Presentation and communication skills. Excellent written and oral communication
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
