Performance Test Strategy
Proven experience with NeoLoad for performance testing and analysis.
Expertise in AppDynamics for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Domain knowledge in Utilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve performance-related issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement performance testing strategies using NeoLoad to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
• Monitor and analyze application performance using AppDynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Design and execute test plans to validate system performance under various conditions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot the performance issues.
• Knowledge of CC&B application is an advantage.
• Should have the knowledge to arrive at the right load model by analyzing PROD metrics using analytical tools or application logs.
• Expertise in client and cloud side metrics analysis and providing insights.
• Knowledge in implementing CI/CD framework for automated early performance tests.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of performance test plans, results, and project progress.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of performance goals with business objectives.
