Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office and/or client's office 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, team leadership, and proficiency with LoadRunner and NeoLoad.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Manage performance testing projects to ensure the reliability and scalability of applications.
2. Develop and execute performance test plans using LoadRunner and NeoLoad to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance testing requirements and deliverables.
4. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, offering recommendations for performance improvements.
5. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1. 5+ years of experience in performance testing, with a proven track record of successful projects.
2. 3+ years of experience leading teams, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.
3. Proficiency in LoadRunner (3+ years) and NeoLoad (1+ year).
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Certification in performance testing or related fields.
