If you have Experience in performance testing tools (Loadrunner, Jmeter, Postman, Katalon and other open-source performance tools) and are looking for your next career move, apply now. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Performance Tester** to Design and develop test scenarios thru proper performance modeling and non-functional tests. This position will be **full-time** and **remote.** **What You’ll Do** + Complete understanding and experience on end-to-end performance engineering lifecycle, including but not limited to each of below: + **Cross Team engagement** + Discussing the need for and importance of performance testing to capture metrics for insight in application and infrastructure's performance + Evaluating the system architecture and data flow + Understanding the infrastructure design to plan performance tests accordingly + Represent/enable the performance test process, reporting and communication to the different Business teams + **Environment setup** + Ensuring the performance test environment yields results which will mimic the real-world scenario and/or document the differences between the performance test environment and the production environment in order to properly explain test results + Clearly defining the business functionalities which are to be in scope for performance testing + Capturing and evaluating the Non-Functional Requirements + Ensuring each aspect of the business requirements is translated **What You'll Need** Required: + 5 to 7 years of experience. + Design and develop test scenarios thru proper performance modeling and non-functional tests. + Experience in performance testing tools (Loadrunner, Jmeter, Postman, Katalon and other open-source performance tools) + Scripting and execution expertise with scripting protocols including AS/400 (iSeries), Web, Services, Siebel and other retail packages, Mobile) + Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design, Monitoring Solutions and Quality Management. + Setting up the required test data to use during performance testing. + Creating and customizing the performance test scripts based on pre-defined test cases. + Hands on experience in building test scripts for a variety of technologies such as Web, Angular, Services, SPA, GUI, SAP, SQL, Db2, Cassandra, Couch, IAM, IaaS, Oracle, Mobile, Cloud based applications. + Hands on experience on wide set of industry standard tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, UFT, Load UI, **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor **Reasonable accommodation statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.
