At least 7+ years Performance Engineering experience for assessing application performance under various conditions for application migration from on Prem to AWS environment project.

Good Hand on experience in performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, Neo load and LoadRunner.

Lead the performance testing efforts for large scale cloud migration projects.

Mandatory skills-

• Good knowledge on identifying critical applications for performance testing scripting.

• Defining benchmarks for critical apps or workflows identified

• Designing workload model and scripts for validation of performance,

• Execution of tests and capture performance metrics at application /infrastructure level

• Experience in verification for load and endurance tests and scalability of environment

• Develop and implement a performance testing strategy, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

• Design and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios to simulate real-world usage patterns.

• Analyse performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization.

• Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.

• Provide regular updates and detailed performance reports to project stakeholders.

• Ensure performance testing aligns with business requirements and SLAs.

• Experience with performance testing in microservices and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation

• Experience in monitoring and analysing performance metrics in AWS environments
