About the Role

Supports agency performance management, compensation and workflow management to deliver timely reports and prompt handling of agent enquiries.

Workflow Management

Understand existing and new campaigns, clubs, schemes mechanism and build Alteryx workflows for the team.Review existing workflows with department members and coach them to enhance the workflows with agreed consistent standards.Conduct briefings/workshops to familiarise process owners on new workflows and processes.Conduct regular skills training (eg. SQL, Alteryx, workflow, data analysis) for department/division members to transfer knowledge and uplift overall capability.Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to present data insights in a visually appealing and easily understandable manner.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can drive business decisions and change.Work with relevant stakeholders, process owners, developers, vendors on process improvement initiatives. Challenge status quo.Lead the evaluation of new workflows, processes and technologies with the objective of improving productivity, efficiency, cost management and increasing end-user experience satisfaction.

Compensation

Support the following BAU:

Basic commissions and overrides

Attend to commissions and overrides enquiries.

Review commission generated in IL system and IL feeds to Callidus systems.

Bonus and Incentives

Attend to bonus and incentives enquiries.

Prepare Manual Adjustments for payments, if any.

Contests, Convention and Campaigns monitoring

Attend to Contests, Convention and Campaigns monitoring.

Prepare and processed monitoring reports.  

Administer Incentives. Example: Onboarding incentive, Exam reimbursement. To ensure accurate and timely administration of the following:

Monthly onboarding incentive for both AIAS and AIAFA

Monthly exam reimbursement for both AIAS and AIAFA  

Handle adhoc appeals

To generate supporting reports under various recruitment schemes as required

Attend to enquiries

Participate in product launch meeting, prepare UAT plan and verify agent commission, production credits and assessing implication to agent’s compensation.
