The Role: Perioperative RN
Provides direct patient care to intraoperative patients using the nursing process following applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

Develop, implement, and assess patient care plans based on thorough assessments.Diligently monitor and effectively communicate patient conditions.Collaborate across disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.Undertake the maintenance and troubleshooting of surgical equipment.Demonstrate adept delegation skills, overseeing support staff tasks, and potentially engaging in the precepting of new hires.Your Qualifications:
