CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education : Completion of two-year studies in college
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility : Career Service Sub-Professional / First Level Eligibility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education : Completion of two-year studies in college
Experience : At least one (1) year of relevant experience on warehousing and logistics management
Training : At least four (4) hours of relevant training

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY
1. Good written and verbal communication, time management, organization, and leadership skills
2. Knowledge on quality control
3. Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure.

5. Demonstrates advance knowledge and skills in the use of computers and web-based database and information using MS Word, Excel, and Access

7. Willing to work long hours, even on weekends and holidays especially during disaster response operations
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs semi-skilled work in the National Resource and Logistics Management Bureau and does other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities
1. In charge of managing inventory on the assigned warehouse but not limited to receipt of goods upon delivery;
2. Conducts of regular inspection of inventory and warehouse, and initiate needed upkeep and maintenance;
3. Ensures standards operation procedures are being implemented;
4. Monitors inventory and reports aging and act on inventory items nearing end date of warranty period / product expiration;
5. Conducts perpetual inventory count and reconcile balances;
6. Assists in the repacking and pre-work activities of relief goods for stockpile and augmentation;
7. Maintains updated records of inventory including the reports on defective, damage or missing goods and submit reports for their disposition;
8. Files records that support daily transactions of the assigned warehouse; and
9. Performs other related tasks that may be given from time to time.
