JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs clerical functions, and does other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Receives incoming communications, documents, and telephone calls;
2. Prepares certificates, endorsements, etc.
3. Handles the data tracking of incoming and outgoing documents to and from OBSUs;
4. Properly maintains the records/files of the Logistics Management Division (LMD);
5. Monitors submission of reports and other documents required by the Office;
6. Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.
Job Outputs:
1. Data tracking system of incoming and outgoing documents;
2. Consolidated files/records of the Office;
3. Other reports required by the office.

7.Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
8.Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.
Note: For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from public sectors, latest and duly approved Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) is required.
