JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision of the Unit Head of the Administrative Unit of Administrative Service-Office of the Director (AS-OD), performs clerical functions, performs simple but responsible sub-professional work, and does other related works.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Receives, records and endorses incoming and outgoing communications;

2. Types/encodes and files communications, reports, proposals, vouchers, RIS/PR among others;

3. Maintains office records/matrix/tracking of incoming and outgoing documents;

4. Reproduces official communications/documents for dissemination to the other Divisions and Offices;

5. Provide assistance with the Performance Management System (PMS) focals on the reproduction, scanning, filing of the Performance Contracts and Individual Development Plan (IDP) of the respective personnel of AS;

6. Interview and screen persons seeking assistance from the Head of Office; and

7.  Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.

3. Incoming and Outgoing documents monitoring;

4. Scanned, file and reproduce Performance Contracts and IDP;

5. Organized files and records; and

6. Other communications as may be required.
